Read below to see Wild for Nature's story and to learn about the different non-profit organizations that we support. Also, don't forget to visit us on Facebook and Instagram!
Wild for Nature started out as a blog and a Facebook page to share stories and news about the natural world. My goal is to expand and continue to inspire people from all walks of life to get involved in conservation and become excited about it while giving back to non-profits that conduct wildlife research. That is why Wild for Nature donates a portion of all profits from our store's sales to these organizations. You will notice that I will often focus on non-profits that research large predators such as big cats, wolves, and killer whales. This is because predatory animals are often the most misunderstood and accused, and people have issues coexisting with them. As a result, many large predators have been eradicated from their original geographic range. This leads to ecosystems that are out of balance as many predators are keystone species (meaning their presence or absence effects the entire ecological community). Consequently, another main focus of Wild for Nature will be on predator awareness and education to help dispel many of the myths surrounding them. Thank you to all our website visitors!. I look forward to celebrating the wonderment of the natural world with all of you,
